Jo-Kell boasts winner in Chesapeake Rubber Duck Race, April 26, 2013

Chesapeake, VA (April 26, 2013) – On April 26th the city of Chesapeake held its annual Rubber Duck Race in support of the Children’s Health Investment Program. Employees of Jo-Kell dressed up their ducks for the “Duck Dazzle” competition of the event, and we are proud to announce that our own Karen Smith took home the “Biggest Quack-Up” award.
