Chesapeake, VA (May 14, 2014) – Jo-Kell employees fired up the grill and “cooked for cops” as well as provided a little entertainment for the volunteers in the R&R tent throughout the weekend. This year was Chesapeake’s 31st annual Jubilee and it was overflowing with exciting rides, great food, live music and spectacular fireworks.
