Jo-Kell and Employees Get Into The Spirit of Giving at Saint Mary’s Home For Disabled Children
(Chesapeake, VA) – In the spirit of the season, Jo-Kell, with the support of generous employees and business partners, has done its part to give back to the community by raising funds at events throughout the year to support Saint Mary’s Home in Norfolk. With matching funds from the company, Jo-Kell CEO Suzy Kelly was able to present a check for $16,985 to the CEO and staff at Saint Mary’s to support their mission of helping young people with severe disabilities.
“Our team recognizes the importance of helping those in need during the holiday season,” says Suzy Kelly. “We strive to make a difference in the communities we serve and Saint Mary’s certainly has a special place in the heart of Hampton Roads and our employees.”
Since 1944, Saint Mary’s Home has provided medical, therapeutic, educational and recreational services for children and young adults with severe disabilities from newborn to age 21.
